Fresh Wheat-Grass is Extremely Beneficial to Human Health forMany Reasons
GROWING YOUR OWN WHEAT-GRASS IS THE SAFEST WAY TO OBTAIN IT
Soak organic wheat-berries in water overnight. Rinse them and leave in a bowl or jar, covered with cheesecloth or nylon net for straining, and then rinse them at least twice a day. When the wheat-berries begin to sprout, relocate them to a sunny spot, where they will begin to develop chlorophyll. Rinse them again and eat or refrigerate until you're ready to do so. I incorporate these wheat-sprouts into a morning vegetable smoothie that also may contain fresh broccoli, mesclun greens, fresh aloe vera leaves, apple, carrot, ginger, turmeric and powdered dandelion-root. In these pictures, I have set my wheat-sprouts in a glass bowl and covered them with a transparent cake-cover.
